Deliveries

We take a lot of pride in our work and have our own in-house courier service, so trust that your flowers will be delivered in top condition. However, please ensure all delivery details on the order are correct; if the delivery address is incorrect and redelivery is required, a second delivery charge will be given.

We can guarantee same-day delivery to most places, but please ensure that you make note of it on the order. We'd appreciate if same-day deliveries are ordered before 2pm so that they are delivered at a reasonable time.

If we are sending flowers out of our region, this will be done via our Interflora service*. The flowers will not go out from our store, they will be forwarded to another trusted Interflora member to execute.
